Happy Friday! For today’s Steals & Deals I want to discuss one of the hottest trends this season…the over the knee boot. We have seen everyone wear them from the Hadid sisters to almost every fashion blogger out there. I was lucky enough to get a pair of the Stuart Weitzman Highland boots in black suede for my birthday, but not everyone wants to spend that much on a pair of shoes. Nordstrom right now has an amazing selection of over the knee heeled boots under $200. Now just because these shoes are under $200 doesn’t mean you shouldn’t weatherproof them. I have learned that even if you waterproof your shoes the one thing that will destroy them is the salt that everyone puts on the sidewalks to melt the snow. So if you get that on your new boots that are weather proofed just take a towel or napkin and wipe off the salt. If you do that within 12 hours you should be good to go.
